Shipping & Returns

What is the cost of shipping?
The cost of shipping will be determined by either Canada Post or UPS during checkout. Factors that affect the shipping cost would be the weight and dimensions of the products and the delivery distance and location.
What shipping destinations are available?
Shipping options are available throughout Canada, excluding Quebec, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
The estimated time of delivery will depend on either Canada Post or UPS. Note that during the busy season, orders may be delayed by 5-7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada. We hope to expand our international shipping options in the future.
Can I track my order?
Yes, orders will be shipped either through Canada Post or UPS which will provide a tracking number that is sent to you when you receive your shipping confirmation email.
What if something I ordered is broken?
If you have received a defective item, please contact us through our message box on the website and we will provide a refund or exchange.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order online through our website by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and completing the payment process. If you prefer to visit a physical store, we currently have one location at 8865 120 St, Delta, BC, Canada.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale ordering?

Do you offer any financing options?
We understand your interest in financing options. Currently, we do not offer financing services.
