Refund policy

General return, refund, and exchange policy:

We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges on all broken items, regular-price items, and non-seasonal items purchased on our website.

For items purchased in person, we accept exchanges for all defective products. Kindly bring the item along with the original receipt to our store. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If your product is damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days after you receive the item. You can choose any of the following for your best convenience: 

-Send an email to info@shopseason2season.com with your order number, phone number, and any supporting photos. We will evaluate the issue and provide you with either a refund, exchange, or a follow-up if we need further information.

-Bring the item to our store located at 11933 88th Ave, Delta, BC V4C 3C9. Our staff will assist you with the exchange or forward a request for a refund.

-Ship the item to our store. Upon receiving, we will evaluate the issue and provide you with either a refund, exchange, or a follow-up if we need further information.

To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

If you are unhappy with a non-seasonal item:

Please contact us within 7 days after you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
